Change or Cancel Your Subscription

To upgrade, downgrade, or move to the free plan:

1. Open the app and go to "Billing & Subscription".  

2. Select your desired plan (including the free plan) and confirm the change in Shopify’s billing screen.  

3. Shopify stops billing for the previous plan according to its standard app billing cycle rules and starts billing for the new plan from the date of change.

Important when switching to the free plan:

  • Moving from a paid plan to the free plan cancels the paid subscription in Shopify but also reduces your allowed flipbooks and storage.  
  • Before or immediately after downgrading, delete any extra flipbooks and files that exceed the free plan limits so everything works smoothly under the new quota.
